講座摘要

The seminar will introduce the economics literature on understanding the impacts of and adaptation to climate change in agriculture. The first part briefly reviews the evidence on climate change impacts on agriculture based on the cross-sectional and panel approaches, and examines the recent literature on the panel approach and its ability to capture or estimate long-run adaptive responses in the agricultural sector. The second part points to important directions for future research, with a particular focus on relevant topics in the context of Chinese agriculture.

主講人

崔瀟濛，暨南大學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)與社會研究院副教授，于2018年獲得加州大學(xué)戴維斯分校博士學(xué)位。研究領(lǐng)域為環(huán)境經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、資源經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)。獨立作者論文發(fā)表于Journal of the Association of Environmental and Resource Economists、Journal of Environmental Economics and Management，主持國家自然科學(xué)基金1項。
