研究方向
利用分子、生化、遺傳及組學(xué)等手段,揭示內(nèi)源及環(huán)境信號(光周期、冬季低溫等)調(diào)控植物開花時間(flowering time)的分子與表觀遺傳機制。種子植物歷經(jīng)營養(yǎng)生長后轉(zhuǎn)換至生殖生長,其轉(zhuǎn)換時機(即成花轉(zhuǎn)變時間或開花時間)受多種內(nèi)在因子(如年齡、激素、營養(yǎng)代謝等)與外源環(huán)境因素(如日照長度變化、溫度等)的調(diào)控。這些因素通過多種遺傳途徑如光周期路徑、春化路徑、年齡路徑等,調(diào)控開花時間基因的表達,從而誘導(dǎo)植物開花。研究內(nèi)容:利用模式開花植物以及主糧作物小麥等,聚焦春化路徑及光周期路徑,闡明季節(jié)轉(zhuǎn)換調(diào)控越冬植物在春季開花的表觀遺傳機制;揭示基礎(chǔ)代謝(三羧酸循環(huán)、氮代謝等)調(diào)控植物環(huán)境響應(yīng)及開花時間的分子與表觀遺傳機制;利用基因編輯等生物技術(shù),改良作物開花時間等農(nóng)藝性狀。
