    研究領(lǐng)域與成果

    本實(shí)驗(yàn)室將圍繞番茄等作物的精準(zhǔn)設(shè)計(jì)育種相關(guān)課題開展應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)和應(yīng)用研究,利用多組學(xué)分析手段,結(jié)合全基因組關(guān)聯(lián)分析、BSA-seq、圖位克隆等方法克隆調(diào)控番茄品質(zhì)、發(fā)育、抗性、株型等重要農(nóng)藝性狀的關(guān)鍵基因,并利用分子生物學(xué)、細(xì)胞學(xué)、組學(xué)等手段解析相關(guān)性狀分子/馴化機(jī)制,通過(guò)生物設(shè)計(jì)育種并結(jié)合常規(guī)育種培育優(yōu)質(zhì)多抗廣適番茄新品種。

    發(fā)表SCI論文30余篇,其中以第一作者或通訊作者(含共同)發(fā)表在PNAS、New Phytol等國(guó)際知名雜志20余篇,被引次數(shù)1200余次。授權(quán)國(guó)家發(fā)明專利11項(xiàng)。主持國(guó)家基金、湖北洪山實(shí)驗(yàn)室重大項(xiàng)目、國(guó)家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃課題等近20項(xiàng)。擔(dān)任Vegetable Res期刊編委,并常年為New Phytol、Plant Physiol等多個(gè)國(guó)際權(quán)威期刊審稿。
